I recieved a defective dyt pendant tje bale was broke I got return label and I literally was sent the exact same peandsn the hole that bale ib connected is so small and the bale itself was broke and me trying to put it on my chains aka 6mm i was told to get it broke! I got the refund but you lost a customer due to yall sent me the exact pendant that was defective back to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
